Upon checking out we set up our systems to be as easy and friendly to all users with a simple add to cart system.
1.You would simply select pack or packs you want to purchase and add them to the cart.
2.You can either click on the cart icon on the top header to the right or hover over the cart with the mouse pointer which brings down a drop down menu to make your next selection. Once you have reached the cart page you can the add any coupon codes or adjustments ,then click proceed to check out.
3.On the check out page we ask for minimal information which is your first & last name, email address, account username and account password, this info will be the same info you use to come back to re purchase with and to login at a later time to re-download your content.
4. After you fill out the information required to make a purchase you will click the proceed to paypal button which you can then safely complete and process your order.
Note: All downloads will appear within your customer account after purchase and you will receive an email that the system will automatically send to the email you signed up with. Be sure to use an active valid email address and strong password you will remember for future reference. Upon downloading any product including the free products, your email will be linked to your account so you can login at a later time should you need to re-download the products. Your email will be used to send you future product releases ranging from free to premium content as well as events, amongst other offers we have running for any current time.

Data transmitted anonymously or using a pseudonym can not be considered as personal data.

1. We have developed professional methods with integrity to protect the data received from you. Our small staff are intensively informed and trained and commit themselves to the data confidentiality. This ensures that your data are kept confidential. We can particularly ensure that your data is protected because we provide our customer service through our own staff and not by third parties. Thereby controls and effective training are possible.
2. To protect your personal data during transmission to our servers, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This encrypts all information you transmit to us.
3. When confirming an order, we reveal only the last five digits of your credit card number. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate companies while processing the order.

1. In some cases Reflekt Audio is required by law to disclose information to third parties. In particular when a crime or abuse is suspected, Reflekt Audio is obliged to disclose information to law enforcement authorities. 2. We assign other service providers, partner companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include analysis of our databases, handling newsletters and other promotional activities as well as analysis and documentation of our site visits.

They are also obliged to treat the information in accordance with this privacy policy and the German data protection laws. Facebook & Facebook Ads
Reflekt Audio website uses plug-ins of the social network Facebook (www.facebook.com ). The plug-ins are marked with a company logo of Facebook or the addition “Facebook Social Plug-in. When you access a website from us, which contains such a plug-in, a direct connection to servers through the browser of Facebook is set up. By integrating of the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website. As long as you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to the site to your Facebook account. The plug-in transmits any actions you perform via the plug-in, e.g. pressing the “Like”-Button, directly on to Facebook, and these data will be stored there. How Long We Retain Your Data?

Procedure
We act according to the principle of data parsimony and data avoidance, i.e. we collect and use only the most necessary data for processing your order or product registration and for the communication with you.
You can visit our web site without leaving personal data: When surfing without logging in we do not collect any personal data but merely place a cookie and a pixel. By default information such as your IP address, time and duration of your visit, operating system, browser and visited sites are captured.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing Reflekt Audio production packs you may use the sounds in combination with other sounds and plugins within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially with a negotiated royalty fee to the original intellectual content creator of said loop or midi pack, for any and all major productions. The midi packs, stem packs, and loop packs are NOT royalty free, just to confirm. Anything that holds or has melodic values/intellectual work within musical compositions is NOT royalty free.
*Only Reflekt Audio Plug-Ins, One Shot Drums & Omnisphere 2 Packs Can Be Used Royalty Free*
For example, if you are the original purchaser of a production pack and you used sounds from it to create the soundtrack of a television commercial, simply by combining a Reflekt Audio Loop/Midi sample with your own drum patterns, sounds, i.e bass ,gross beat and the TV advert was broadcasted said number of times, the intellectual content creator of said loop or midi will receive 5% of all royalty fees involved with the production including performance royalties .
You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project – for instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample CD, or for sound effects on a website or multimedia production, unless it is part of a composition with other sounds. Remaking sound kits of any kind or uploading the files to websites for redistribution is strictly prohibited, and further actions will be pursued.

The plugins that are made by Reflekt Audio are 100% Royalty Free. You may use the sounds from the plugins as you see fit within your productions and there is no clearance needed when utilizing our plugins.
The only time clearance is required is when you land a placement with a major artist or label using contents from our Midi ,Loop, and or Sample Packs. If you get a placement with a major artist or label please email us at Clearing@ReflektAudio.com to get proper clearance from the file/sound pack owner.
